Su jok is based upon mini acupuncture system on the hands and the feet. This fact has given the name of this therapy - in Korean “su” means hand and “jok” means foot. It was elaborated by Korean scientist prof. Park Jae Woo and was defined to be one of the greatest discoveries in medicine for the 20th century. Su jok is the ultimate attainment of eastern medicine and is the most powerful healing and self-healing system.
Applied with knowledge and skill su jok is a powerful activator of the natural self-healing abilities in the human body.
